Our Story
JDove Memorial Services was born from a deeply personal experience. Founders, Tieasha James-Waddy and Carista Dickey lost their mother to a terminal disease that overtook her life in a
very short period and the ladies realized how challenging and overwhelming funeral planning can be, especially when you are
in an emotional grieving period.
“It was one of the hardest moments of our life,” Tieasha recalls.
“We realized families need compassionate guidance and support that truly honors their loved one.”
This inspired the sisters to create a service that is dignified, culturally sensitive, and deeply personal, ensuring no family feels alone, and every ceremony reflects the life and legacy of their loved one.
